The house

No neighbour above you, no shared staircase.

Ferienhaus Falknis is not a holiday flat in an apartment block but a 2½-room maisonette corner house with its own entrance, its own garden and its own garage. Downstairs you live, cook and eat; upstairs you sleep. 58 square metres, cosily furnished, for two to four people.

Couples and guests who stay a little longer feel particularly at home here: spa guests, thermal bath visitors, hikers. You do not need a car, you cook whenever you like, and there is a laundry room for your washing.

Living and dining area with sofa, fireplace, open-plan kitchen and spiral staircase

Living

Fireplace inside, sunshine outside

The open-plan living area with sofa and fireplace leads straight out to the garden seating area. In winter the fire burns after a day on the Pizol or at the thermal baths; in summer the door stays open and you have breakfast outside. Firewood and firelighters are provided.

New open-plan kitchen next to the spiral staircase

Cooking

Cook whenever you like

The new open-plan kitchen is fully equipped: oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine and kettle. Plus a fondue set and a raclette set, as is only proper. Salt, oil, coffee and tea are already in the cupboard.

Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and window to the balcony

Sleeping

Two sleeping areas on the upper floor

A large double bed and a bunk bed, each with its own door to the hallway. A folding partition wall separates the two areas. From the bedroom you step straight onto the balcony. Bed linen and towels are ready when you arrive.

Garden seating area with table, sun loungers and awning

Outside

Garden seating area, balcony and garage

The seating area is sheltered behind the hedge, with a table, sun loungers and an awning. Your car stays in your private garage in the underground car park. The entrance hall has room for skis, hiking poles or bikes.
